We make dumpster rental and junk hauling easy as pie. That said, we do have a few requirements, set by local and state ordinances and common sense, so we can drop your dumpster without harming your home or property.
Haul It A Day dumpsters come in 10, 15 and 20 yard sizes and have a footprint about the size of a small van (8x11 feet). Most driveways are at least 10 feet wide, so there's plenty of room for your dumpster. If you are on an alley, things can get tight but as long as there is 40 feet available to drop the bin without going into the neighbor's yard, we can typically fit.
The dumpster must be placed completely on your property and needs to be on a hard flat surface. Sloped driveways are ok as long as there is a flat spot so the bin doesn't wobble.
Don't block the bin. Please don't pile the debris/trash higher than the top of the roll off dumpster. Be sure the area where the dumpster is clear when being picked up.
You don't need to be there for the dumpster drop-off as long as we know where you want us to put the dumpster.
