Due to weight limitations on our trucks, this dumpster is not recommended for most construction/remodel projects. Please call to confirm this would be a suitable fit for your project, or select a smaller dumpster.

Our tall 20 yard dumpster is ideal for garage/attic cleanouts, basement cleanouts, apartment cleanouts, and other projects of similar size. Tall sidewalls make it easier to stack furniture and maximize your space. Double Barn doors make it easy to load.

Because you are packing it (like a moving truck), instead of loading it (like a trash can), you will fit more into the same bin. (don't forget to ask your favorite Tetris expert to help)

All this and it takes half the space in your driveway, making it a great alley dumpster or the perfect dumpster for a short driveway. If you can park your car there, we can probably fit a 20 yard dumpster in that small parking space. We have delivered many of our dumpsters to townhomes with short driveways and the HOA has never had a problem. We use driveway protective boards so the dumpster never touches the driveway! We can safely put a dumpster on a paver driveway because our trucks are light and we use driveway protection to ensure proper distribution of weight.

Covered dumpsters are available to protect debris from the weather and to avoid neighbors adding to your waste removal. Book our 20-yard rolloff dumpster rental for as long as you need, and when you're ready for us to remove it and your debris, reach out to us and we'll haul it away! Our small footprint roll off dumpsters can fit almost anywhere, including in most alley parking areas. Short driveways are also a great fit.

Restricted / Prohibited / extra charge items: Electronics, Appliances, Tires, Liquids of any kind, Hazzardous materials, Yard waste, Dirt, Brick, Concrete. If you have any of these items, call and we may have other suitable options for you.

State tax and County fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout. These are required for all licensed solid waste haulers to collect and may be up to 45% for residential solid waste and 72% for non-residential solid waste. Loads that are exclusively construction materials or metal recycling only have state tax at the typical rate.

Travel fees are based on the distance from our primary disposal site in Blaine and will be calculated after your delivery address is entered. Be sure to follow the process all the way to the contract to get an exact price. (don't worry we won't hold you to anything until you pay for it. After that, there is a $50 cancellation fee, but you can reschedule for free)
